Become a scuba diverLearning to dive is easy! There are dive stores, instructors, and opportunities all over British Columbia. To become a diver, you must complete an entry level Open Water Diver certification. From there, you can progress and learn more skills, or simply explore within your limitations. You don't have to own scuba gear either; you can rent equipment, always find people to dive with, and get good advice from dive stores and local divers throughout British Columbia. If you think it sounds scary or claustrophobic, don't worry, it's not! But don't take our word for it, you can do a Discover Scuba Diving class and pool session at most dive stores and see if it's the right thing for you!
